Since 1985: I graduated from University of Maryland in 1999 with a BS in journalism. I worked in Bethesda for the American College of Cardiology and in Baltimore for a division of Johns Hopkins University. In 1995, I got engaged to Eddie Virden and we moved to San Francisco. While there, I worked as the marketing manager for PC Gamer magazine. We traveled all over the west spending much time in Las Vegas and Hawaii. In 1999, we had our first daughter Chloe in and moved back to Maryland for Eddie's job. Since then we've had two more daughters -- Gracie (4) and Bella (6 mos). I'm fortunate to stay home with them full-time and enjoy a great life in Ellicott City. I recently started my own paint consulting business where I go to clients' homes and help them with their interior color choices.

What I remember from High School: Drinking Cold Duck and Slurpees; Breaking both my wrists at the same time in gym class; Dr. Leas passing a kidney stone during our social studies class; playing thumper endlessly; a crazy spring break in Daytona; doing tequila shots out of sea shells at Beach Week; having a great time with all the girls -- you know who you are!
