Since 1985: I got my degree in social work. I was a geriatric social worker for 5 years. Then, I ran into Danny Powers and we got married and started a family. I switched careers to spend time with my children and ran a home daycare. I enjoyed that so much, we eventually purchased a child care center in Beltsville. I taught nursery school for 6 years. We sold the center and now I teach 2nd grade in a private school. Danny and I have two fantastic boys.

What I remember from High School: Absolutely Nothing!
