I have been married 20 years as of March 25th. I have three girls (Haley-20, Kimberly-14, and Amber-12) and one son (John-16). I met my husband while volunteering as a firefighter. He was a District of Columbia firefighter before he was forced to retire due to on the job injuries. He was also a 1st responder to the Pentagon on 9/ll. I have been a stay -at -home mom and an advocate for 1st responders when they get hurt on the job. In the fall (2009) I will be attending school to get my nursing and paramedic degrees.
